Sausage & Cheese Toast

Recipe for two slices:

Ingredients:

4 small sausages or 2 large
2 slices of bread
1 cup of mature cheddar
1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce

Method:

- Lightly toast your bread
- Remove skins from sausages
- Mash the sausage meat on to your toast like you would a avocado
- Add some olive oil to a pan and cook the toast, sausage meat side down until all the meat has cooked
- Spread Dijon mustard onto your now cooked sausage meat, then add your grated cheese and Worcestershire sauce
- Put under the grill until golden and bubbly
-Serve with your choice of chutney
- Enjoy
