Ingredients:
- Large Ciabatta
- Two bulbs of garlic
- Grated Parmesan 75g
- Grated Mature Cheddar 100g
- Butter 125g
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- ¼ cup of chopped Parsley
- Salt and pepper
Method:
- Cut the top off both bulbs of garlic, place on tin foil, season with salt and pepper and add a tbsp of olive oil on both then add into an oven at 180°C for 35 minutes.
- Add your butter, parsley, parmesan, a pinch of salt and your garlic once roasted into a bowl and mix will until an even consistency
- Half a ciabatta and butter with your garlic butter mix.
- Place on an oven tray and then add it to the oven for 12 mins at 180°C
- Serve and enjoy!
