Ingredients:
Croissants
Cheddar cheese
Ham
Wholegrain mustard
Melted butter
Method:
Slice open your croissants
Fill with grated cheese and a slice of ham
Spread mustard on the inside of the croissant
Brush melted butter on the outside of the croissants so they go nice and crispy in the toastie machine
If you haven’t got a toastie machine, you could press these in a pan on medium heat with another pan on top, and flip halfway
Enjoy!
